On June 29, Sprint sent letters to more than 1,000 subscribers, saying their service had been terminated because of their excessive calls to customer service. I followed up with Sprint Customer care numerous times. I would never go back to sprint ever and anybody thinking about switching to sprint keep in mind that even with sprint offering low prices on data and phone they are still losing money and customers or leaving in bunches.

I was a Sprint Customer for over 10 Years and spent over $30,000 for the service. Its Unlimited plans are a pretty good deal, especially considering it has free international text and data and depending on your plan, you get a boatload of free service add-ons.

If you aren't right on top of a big metropolitan area, there is no service If you live in the suburbs, forget about getting a Sprint phone. The problem is I already signed up with Verizon and can't use my phone until Sprint unlocks it. I don't have a phone until they decide they can help me out.

Customer service to me would have called to tell me, known what to do, and would have taken the time out of there paid day at work to make sure it got resolved. They told me all the services I previously had on my cell phone before the service was cancelled would be the same services when I resumed the service.

So once again, rather than go through another two days of degradation trying to resolve anything on the phone with "customer service", I drive to the Sprint store. It kept offering unlimited data even as AT&T and Verizon stopped selling it and started trying to claw back old plans, and it still charges such a small premium for unlimited that it might as well be the default option.

On top of the calling, roaming and data add-ons already mentioned, they offer several services and features designed to help you get the most from your mobile phone. I use my phone for work and my job was in jeopardy with the lost money from losing calls all the time.

Today I called sprint I was on the phone with 30 min holds each first representative I spoke to told me that my past due was 216.57 and that I had a balance due of four hundred something dollars I told her that that was part of the next month's bill and that it was not due yet she put me on hold then came back and said could I pay half of the past due amount I said yes I Sprint will load a card and call right back.

It should have been told to you in the store when you purchased your phone. If you buy a phone at one Sprint store, you can't take it to any other Sprint store for a return or exchange. This is not really a legal issue, but Sprint's lack of customer service may merit you dumping them until they can get their act together.

In July 2018 I upgraded 4 phones and at that time was offered a promotion plan. The second week we were there, we got Sprint to donate about ten phones for use in the shelters. I expect that means the company plans to have the 2.5GHz and 600MHz spectrum it would hold should the merger be finalized deployed by then and T-Mobile customers would also be on what's essentially a new network.

However, Sprint doesn't require credit checks for its prepaid Sprint Forward plans. I decided to switch to Sprint service in March of 2007 because I wanted a Blackberry 8703e for work, and because I assumed that since the two companies had merged, the customer service had improved on Sprint's side.

Sprint's done a pretty good job of expanding its coverage and speeding up its service in metro areas over the past few years, but it still ranks behind other major providers for coverage, speed, and customer service. And when the customers choose price over quality(Walmart is a prime example), the companies will usually control costs by cutting customer service(which is expensive due to labor costs).
